101 is the movement is the PGR for receiving plant
this is accomplished in a one-step.
Entries for 645 in OMWN are VAX/VAY/PRA since this is an outbound movement
OBYC already has VBR entries which allow the account assigned STO to save to begin the process.
It is the PGI of the outbound delivery which will not fully complete.
