Hi Experts.
We have installed SAP Work Manager 6.1 on SMP 3.0 SP3.
When doing changes to the files of the Agentry Server (e.g. change of JavaBE.ini or some .jar file), new versions of the files should be published via the Management Cockpit of SMP 3.0.
However when I publish a single file (e.g. JavaBE.ini) the Management Cockpit will display a message saying "Application Updated Successfully", but the file is not changed on the Agentry Server of SMP (SMP_HOME\Server\configuration\com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry.application).
I have tried restarting the server, but that doesn't help either.
I have to supply a new version of the Agentry Application, otherwise changes are ignored !
If I go to eclipse and build a new version of the Agentry Application, and publish this together with the JavaBE.ini file, then everything is deployed.
But this is very annoying, and cannot be intentional !
Please, can anybody help clarify this ?
