Dear Sia

regarding:

> What is the risk if waste code is not assigned to any material and the subsequent process may require manual entry of waste material or entry with in partners?

The "waste code" is one "piece of core" information which is needed to generate Waste documents (either using WWI rechniques or other SAP techniques); without data you can from high level not dispatch the waste (form legal perspective)

Regarding:

What is the process for Assignment of the transporter or disposers, which are allowed to deal with certain waste?

I would assume that this is mentioned on SAP onlien help (di dnot check it); it is a "piece of "core" to make sure the the overall  process can be used.

PS: check e.g.

Business Partner: Transporter - Waste Management - SAP Library

PPS: please make sure that we are talking about use of SAH EHS Waste module and not of:  SAP module "SAP Waste and Recycling"

Check: Waste Management (EHS-WA) - SAP Library

Disposal Processing (EHS-WA-PRO) - Waste Management (EHS-WA) - SAP Library

Disposal Documents (EHS-WA-DOC) - Waste Management (EHS-WA) - SAP Library
