Hi Rodrigo,
I believe it should follow the Contact Settings / Answer Timeout for Queue Contacts (or Answer Timeout for Direct Calls respectively) parameter value. In CDT log you can see
"[CMD] SetTrayPopup( )" using that timeout.
However, the newer Windows versions seem to fade it out sooner, unless you place your mouse over the notification.
Have you checked whether adding the Queue Contact Information dialog would benefit your users here?
