Are you using time evaluation?
And are you wanting to credit the extra days leave on the anniversary (using date in IT0041) or as at the following April?
I've done this before and found that the best way to handle this is writing a pcr to handle the years service (by anniversary or as at April) and amending the base entitlement of the quota with the additional leave.
